K 30 MANUAL |
The
FUTURA K coffee roasting machines are the
results of our long-lasting engineering
experience in the field of "traditional"
equipment, where the best features have been
combined in a compact and reliable
construction. The new models are
distinguished by reduced overall dimensions,
high level of reliability, and a new system
of heat control.
- Feeding hopper with manual or
pneumatic filler device or raw coffee.
- Roasting drum, made up by a fixed
housing with double insulating walls for
thermal protection and supporting the
rotary cylinder that has to move the
product.
The whole cylinder is of compound steel
to withstand thermal shocks, equipped
with perforated sheet iron container as
well as suitable right and left blenders,
locate at different levels to obtain
perfect mixture. When the roasting
process is finished, the coffee is
unloaded through a large port with
manual control of opening and closing.
- The heat generator, specifically
designed for roasting line applications,
is assembled on the top of the drum. The
principle of heating is based on the
supply of directed hot air flows, taken
in on the rotary cylinder (uniform
baking).
Gas or gas oil burner.
- Cooling tank with large bored surface
where the product is moved by means of
four arms and crossed streaming. The
outlet is manually driven. Port of
inspection and easy cleaning on the
lower side.
- The machine stand of tubulara nd
profile steel has to contain and support
the operating devices so that our
machine is of compact design and smaller
overall size than the traditionally
built equipment.
- Control board complete with all
devices of machine and cycle control,
carefully wired, equipped with all
signalling devices that are useful for
the roasting process. In accordance with
rules and standards.
-Pellicle separator with extraction by
worm conveyor or inceneration for
constant efficiency of the air- pellicle
separation system.

This system allows shorter and homogeneous
roasting time: |

- By convection of hot air flowing through
the coffee in the drum. |

- By conduction of due to the heated
roasting drum. |
|
- By irradiance from the grate located
between the flame and the roasting drum (infrated
rays). |
